Return and Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging. Contact andra_santon1@outlook.com with your order number and return reason before sending anything back.

Eligible returns are free of charge. Orders over $30 qualify for free standard shipping. Customers are not responsible for applicable taxes or duties on eligible purchases.

Used, damaged, personalized, final-sale, clearance, or hygiene-sensitive items may be excluded where disclosed before purchase. This does not limit rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied items.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an order is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. Include photographs where possible.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and generally appear within 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider. Exchanges depend on availability.
