Shipping Policy

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotions, or unusually high order volume.

Estimated delivery is 20–45 business days after dispatch. Customs, carrier delays, weather, and local delivery conditions may affect timing.

Orders over $30 qualify for free standard shipping. Customers are not responsible for applicable taxes or duties on eligible orders.

After dispatch, email andra_santon1@outlook.com with your order number to request the available tracking number. Tracking may take several days to activate.

If a shipment is lost, damaged, or overdue, contact us with your order number and shipping details. If the carrier confirms loss, we will arrange a replacement shipment or another reasonable resolution.

Please verify your address before checkout and contact us immediately if an address correction is needed.
